Would using a beylaucher be better than using a ripcord launcher?
You see I'm pretty much adjusted to ripcord launcher, but which launcher will get the bet to have more RPM???

BeyLauncher of Course. It has much better RPM rates, when Mastered.

Would basalt still be a top tier when it isn't as heavy as how heavy it is now?

Basalt Depends on it's Weight for everything.
It has horrible Solo Spin Rates but it's Grinding ability helps it win matches by slowing the opposing Bey.

Yeah Bs5 IS ryt! and has horrible solo spin but use basalt for denfnce if possible
